For this Supper Club I have used the colours of Autumn as an inspiration.
I use textures, flavours and colours to create an evening meal that is both aesthetically beautiful as well as being sumptuously delicious. The use of Asian spice is essential to warm our bones from the cooler North winds.

A warming spicy Chicken soup with Lemon Grass and lots of Lime juice

Crispy Thai shredded Fried Egg blended with Tomato, Red Onion and a garnish of fresh chopped Coriander
“Gaeng Leung Moo”
Yellow Curry with Sliced Pork and baby Aubergines dressed with crispy fried basil leaves.
“Tao Hoo Prik Thai Dum”
Crispy Fried Tofu with Black and Green Peppercorn Sauce
Phad Pak Kiew
Chinese Greens sautéed with Oyster Sauce, Chinese Wine and a touch of Garlic
“Khaw Hom Mali”
Steamed Jasmine Rice
“Fucktong Buat Chee”
Sweet orange pumpkin simmered in Coconut Milk
**The set price is £35 per person.
**You are most welcome to bring your own wines to enjoy with the meal. We would recommend Colombard, Riesling (sweet or dry), Grüner Veltliner or lightly chilled red Beaujolais. Easier to find Sauvignon blanc, Chenin Blanc or Viognier would go equally as well.
