For the first time Blue Lotus Inspirations presents a unique fusion of the foods and flavours of Brazil and Thailand. We are teaming up with guest Brazilian Chef Lucineia Cinotti to create an exciting new supperclub menu for you to enjoy.

After weeks of trialling the dishes ourselves; we have combined the street food of South America with the exotic spices and flavours of Asia to present exciting new dishes to expand your culinary experience.

“Feijoada Popia served with Aji on a bed of sautéd Rocket”
Thai Spring Rolls filled with a classic Brazilian Pork and Bean mix served with a South American sauce of Tomato, Chilli, Coriander and Spring Onions.

“Yum Pla Tuna in Coxinha garnished with a Sweet Chilli Sauce with Cucumber and Coriander”
Our version of this Brazilian street food snack filled with Thai style Tuna, Chilli and Lime

“Esfira with Herbs Minced Lamb served with Mint, Coriander, Chilli and Mayonnaise”
Another street food classic Pastry served with a Thai sauce.

“Pineapple Spritzer infused with Fresh Mint’
A fresh palette cleanser

“Polenta Arepa Gaeng Kai on a bed of Greens”
Pan fried corn bread topped with Thai Green Curry of Chicken braised in Coconut Milk

“Escabeche Krieap Naman Hoi”
Aubergines with a Medley of Peppers along with Onions and Olives marinated in Thai spices and oven roasted. Served with Crispy Bread

“Kao Pad Bacon”
Bacon Fried Rice

“Coconut Brigadeiro Nam Gulab drizzled with Rose syrup with a sprinkling of Rose Petals”

**The set price is £38 per person.

**You are most welcome to bring your own wines or beer to enjoy with the meal. Brazilian street food is often accompanied by cold beer however, we would also recommend Riesling (sweet or dry), Chardonnay, Torrontes or lightly chilled red Beaujolais or Pinot Noir. Easier to find Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc or Viognier would go equally as well.
Bottles of wine will also be available for purchase.
