For this Supper Club I have used the Summer Sunshine as an inspiration
I use textures, flavours and colours to create an evening meal that is both aesthetically beautiful as well as being delicious.

Clear Chicken broth with Mushrooms and Fish balls

Thai Style Omelette with Onions, Corriander and Chillies

Massaman Curry with Chicken, Potatoes, and Peanuts

Crispy Fried Fish with Garlic, and Black Pepper
Phad Pak Kiew
Chinese Greens sautéed with Oyster Sauce, Chinese Wine and a touch of Garlic
“Khaw Hom Mali”
Steamed Jasmine Rice
“Fucktong Buat Chee”
Pumpkin simmered in Coconut Milk
**The set price is £40 per person.
**You are most welcome to bring your own wines to enjoy with the meal. We would recommend Riesling (sweet or dry), Grüner Veltliner or lightly chilled red Gamay. Easier to find Sauvignon blanc, Chenin Blanc and Viognier would go equally as well.
